This is a new never used MBAV plate carrier from Eagle Industries. The plate carrier allows the user to carry ballistic armor plates. Also, you can attach pouches or other accessories for use on the MOLLE webbing. The plate carrier is adjustable for height as well as waist fitment with the cummerbund and waist strap. You can adjust the shoulders as well. Front, back and side plates can be worn with this carrier.
